About Dawn
I work full time as a communications manager for a design and regeneration company with offices in Cassington, London, Exeter and Peterborough.
I am involved in influencing key decision makers at the highest levels and one of my company’s recent projects involves designing for flood mitigation.
Living in Oxfordshire from 2001 to 2007 I finally moved to London to shorten my commute and regain some spare time, which I filled with political activity. I left behind many friends and family and visit regularly. I deeply miss having the beautiful countryside on my doorstep, but still enjoy exploring at weekends.
I lived in France as a student and later taught English in Japan.
I am an active party member and proud to be part of the only major party that:
- warned the Government about the likelihood of an economic downfall months in advance of the recession
- did not support the war in Iraq
- wants to see real change on MPs’ expenses.
I’m delighted to have been selected as the Liberal Democrat candidate for Witney and am determined to show Liberal Democracy as true to its core values presenting a challenge to the other parties.
